Scope, Definitions and Interpretation

These General Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonus offers provided by Rooli. They supplement and are subject to the Promotion Terms applicable to each offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the following definitions apply throughout these terms unless the context requires a different meaning:

• Cash balance and Bonus balance: Rooli maintains two separate account balances. Bonuses are credited to the Bonus balance and may be used to satisfy wagering requirements as described in the Promotion Terms. Withdrawals may be made only from the Cash balance, subject to the wagering and balance rules described herein.
• Bonus: any promotional credit, free spins, free chips or other incentive awarded by Rooli, which is credited to the Bonus balance and is subject to wagering requirements and expiring conditions.
• Wagering requirement (playthrough): the number of times the bonus amount, and any winnings derived therefrom, must be wagered before a conversion to cash or withdrawal is permitted, as set out in the applicable Promotion Terms.
• Maximum cashout: the highest amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus, as defined in the Promotion Terms. Any excess will be forfeited.
• Promotion Terms: the specific terms and conditions that apply to an individual bonus or free-spins offer, which include eligibility, eligible games, contribution rates, wagering requirements, expiration, and any limits or restrictions.
• Progressive jackpot: jackpots that grow over time. Progressives may be playable only from the Cash balance; bonus funds cannot be used to participate in Progressive Jackpot games unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms.

Eligibility, Accounts and Registration

Participation in bonus offers is subject to eligibility checks. To qualify you must satisfy all of the following: age of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (minimum 18 years in most jurisdictions), be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted, and have a valid account with Rooli. A single account is required per player, household, device and IP address under the Single Account policy. Rooli reserves the right to restrict eligibility, suspend or terminate accounts where necessary to comply with regulatory or internal risk controls.

Activation, Credit and Method of Access

Bonuses may be activated automatically or manually, as described in the Promotion Terms. If automatically credited, the bonus appears immediately in the Bonus balance; if manual, the bonus appears as Granted and becomes usable only after it is claimed. Availability of some promotions may depend on the player’s profile and on regional or regulatory constraints.

Balances, Use and Withdrawals

Bonuses are held in the Bonus balance and may be used for wagering in eligible games as defined by the Promotion Terms. The Cash balance is used for withdrawals and real-money play. Funds in the Bonus balance may be converted to cash only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met and the balance is eligible for withdrawal in accordance with the Promotion Terms.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable Promotion Terms. In the absence of a specific stated requirement, a minimum playthrough of 40x applies to most offers; certain offers may specify higher requirements. The contribution of bets toward wagering is determined per game category in the Promotion Terms and may differ from one offer to another. The exact contribution rates and eligible games are described in the Promotion Terms accompanying each bonus.

Expiration and Forfeiture

Bonuses and Free Spins expire in accordance with the Promotion Terms. Typical expirations are thirty (30) days for standard bonuses, and shorter periods for Free Spins (for example, three (3) days). Unused Bonus balances and Free Spins shall be forfeited upon expiry. Any winnings derived from wagering a bonus will be treated in the same manner as the bonus balance until wagering requirements are satisfied; after completion, the remaining balance may be converted to cash in accordance with the Promotion Terms.

Maximum Cashout and Cap Handling

The Promotion Terms set the maximum cashout for each bonus offer. If wagering results in winnings exceeding the stated maximum cashout, only the amount up to the cap is credited to the cash balance and the excess is forfeited. If a deposit is made after claiming a no-deposit bonus, the maximum cashout cap may adjust accordingly in the Promotion Terms; the adjusted cap applies from the date of the deposit and remains in effect for the remainder of the offer.

Game Selection, Contributions and Restrictions

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The Promotion Terms specify which games contribute and to what extent. Progressive Jackpot games, and certain other game types, may be restricted to use of the Cash balance only or may be excluded from wagering requirements entirely, as stated in the Promotion Terms. Absent explicit permission in the Promotion Terms, using bonus funds to play restricted games will not satisfy wagering requirements and may lead to forfeiture.

Management of Bonus Offers

A player may accrue multiple bonuses. Each bonus must be wagered separately, and a bonus can be enabled, disabled or reordered within the account. A disabled bonus does not count toward wagering requirements. Wagering on a bonus that is not active will not contribute to the promotion’s requirements. All bonuses are subject to individual terms, including eligibility, wagering, and expiration.

Abuse, Fraud, and Disciplinary Actions

Engaging in bonus abuse or exploitative behavior including but not limited to delaying rounds, placing large bets to manipulate outcomes, or exploiting software defects may result in immediate forfeit of all balances and potential account termination. Winnings derived from bonus wagering are allocated to the Bonus balance until wagering is completed; misuse may result in account suspension or closure and loss of any bonus advantages.

Withdrawals, Verification and Settlement

Withdrawing funds prior to satisfying all wagering requirements will forfeit all granted bonuses and any winnings associated with those bonuses. Withdrawals from the Cash balance are subject to standard verification checks under Rooli's KYC and AML policies. Any remaining bonus balance must be zero before withdrawing from the Cash balance if a bonus is active.

Modifications, Updates and Acceptance

Rooli reserves the right to modify these General Bonus Terms and Conditions. Any material changes will be communicated in accordance with regulatory requirements and will become effective no less than fourteen (14) days after notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Compliance, Privacy and Responsible Gaming

All players must comply with applicable laws, including age verification, know-your-customer (KYC) procedures and anti-money-laundering requirements. Rooli supports responsible gaming and provides tools and resources to help players manage their gambling activity in a safe and controlled manner.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and any bonus-related disputes are governed by the laws applicable to Rooli’s operations. Disputes will be handled through the designated compliance and customer-support channels in a timely and proper manner in accordance with the governing law and regulatory framework.
